What Ask Hāvin can do
Ask Hāvin may organize information, search authorized records, analyze documents, summarize receipts and warranties, explain manuals, identify maintenance requirements, answer follow-up questions, prepare reports, and support other ownership tasks that a user requests or authorizes.
As Hāvin adds action-oriented features, higher-risk actions should require explicit user approval before execution.
Information used for AI processing
Hāvin limits AI requests to information reasonably relevant to the user’s request. External searches should use product context such as make and model rather than unnecessary customer identity or private asset details.
Private Vault documents may be provided temporarily to the configured AI provider when the user requests analysis and has permission to access those documents. Provider processing remains subject to the provider’s contractual terms and technical controls.
Access still applies
Hāvin Access separates authority, information categories, capabilities, and scope. Ask Hāvin is designed to respect those boundaries. Sponsored or shared AI access should not grant a person broader access to the owner’s account or unrelated portfolios.
Sources and uncertainty
Ask Hāvin may use Hāvin Vault records, approved manufacturer material, and current external information. When external information is used instead of a stored document, Hāvin aims to identify that distinction and provide sources when available.
AI can make mistakes. Users should verify safety-critical instructions, specifications, legal requirements, warranty conditions, and repair procedures against authoritative sources or qualified professionals.
