How does the free trial work?
Eligible new subscribers can try a paid plan for seven days. Review your eligibility and renewal price before confirming. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Switching devices or billing providers does not guarantee another trial.
Where do I manage my subscription?
For a web purchase, sign in to Hāvin on the web and open the membership or billing controls. For an Apple purchase, use Settings on your Apple device, select your name, then Subscriptions and Hāvin.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Use the provider that bills your current subscription. Review the effective date and any prorated amount before confirming the change. Manage an existing subscription instead of buying a second one through another provider.
Can I use my subscription on the web and in the app?
Sign in with the same Hāvin account to use its verified membership across supported devices. Billing stays with the provider used for the purchase.
What happens if I return to Free?
Free supports one active portfolio and 20 managed assets or components. The app lets you choose eligible records to keep active. A plan change does not itself erase saved records.
Does deleting the app cancel billing?
No. Cancel through your billing provider. If you want to delete your Hāvin account, first manage any recurring subscription, then use the account-deletion controls.
