Information we collect
Hāvin may collect account details, authentication records, portfolio and asset information, identifiers, documents, photographs, maintenance records, collaboration settings, support communications, subscription records, device and security events, and information a user submits to Ask Hāvin.
On havin.co, we may also collect information you voluntarily submit through the waitlist or contact forms, including your name, email address, subject, and message. Payment-card details are processed by the applicable payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly in Hāvin’s application database.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and improve requested features, authenticate users, maintain asset records, support Hāvin Access, process files, deliver Ask Hāvin responses, operate subscriptions, respond to inquiries, deliver requested launch communications, prevent misuse, diagnose failures, comply with law, and protect users and the platform.
Hāvin does not sell personal information or asset information and does not use customer content to create third-party advertising profiles.
Service providers and authorized sharing
Hāvin may use infrastructure, authentication, storage, AI, payment, hosting, email, monitoring, and security providers. Those providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform contracted services, subject to their terms and Hāvin’s configuration choices.
Information may also be disclosed when a user directs or authorizes sharing, when necessary to complete a requested integration or transaction, to investigate security or misuse, in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards, or when required by valid legal process.
Internal access
Hāvin personnel do not routinely browse customer content. Internal access is restricted to authorized personnel and permitted only when reasonably necessary to provide requested support, operate or secure the platform, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise authorized by the user and described in this policy.
Administrative access should be protected with strong authentication, least-privilege controls, and audit records. No online service can promise absolute security, but Hāvin treats security and controlled access as core product requirements.
Website forms and email
Waitlist and contact submissions may be transmitted through Hāvin’s email or hosting providers so that Havin LLC can respond to the request or deliver the communications the visitor asked to receive. Waitlist recipients may unsubscribe from marketing or launch email at any time.
Retention and deletion
When an account-deletion request is confirmed, Hāvin disables the account and provides a 30-calendar-day recovery period. After that period, customer content is generally removed from active systems and is not recoverable through the normal account process.
Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backup systems until overwritten through normal disaster-recovery cycles. Certain records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for billing, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, legal holds, or other legal obligations.
Age and geography
The launch service is intended for account holders who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. Adults may catalog assets used by or belonging to family members, including children, subject to applicable law and the adult account holder’s responsibility.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as Hāvin adds features, integrations, mobile applications, or new legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
