Give the assistant useful context

Start with the correct item, a clear model number, and relevant documents. Verify saved identifying details before using an answer to order a part or plan service. Ask what the answer is based on when the distinction between your own record and outside information matters.

For a filter question, a saved size can help you find the previous record. Check the actual unit label and manufacturer requirements before buying: a prior purchase is not a guarantee of compatibility.

In the app or by text

Hālo and HāloSMS are included with paid plans. Texting requires setup and a verified, eligible phone number; message and data rates may apply. Review plan details and SMS terms before enrolling.
